Greetings , Last week, in spite of our largest order from Carlsbad Aquafarm, we sold out of oysters in about two hours. Today’s haul will be an even larger order, so Dylan will shuck more Endless Summer and Baron Points than ever tonight. On a handful of occasions we have paired a particular stout with our oysters.
